The BHS Band Program will be using SmartMusic year-round! Students will be given assignments in SmartMusic and they will need to be completed with this program. We will use SmartMusic to pass off marching show music, region etudes, solos for solo & ensemble, concert program music, and other specific band class assignments.

This website is designed to keep parents and students informed on all that is taking place within our band program. Please subscribe to the calendar, update information in Charms, follow us on Twitter and Facebook, and check the News page to stay completely informed with all BHS Band activities.
Charms is an online database the Bryan Band uses to enter in all student data, and keep track of all forms, inventory, fees, and fundraising monies turned in by each student.
Why is it important for the students and parents to log into charms?
You can keep all your information updated throughout the school year. No need to send your band director an email to inform of any change of information. You can change it instantly by logging on to your student’s profile. You can also see what forms have been turned in as well as any fees paid or owed.
Step 1 – Go to www.charmsoffice.com
Step 2 – Examine the Menu Bar across the top of the page, then click on the “Enter Tab”.
Step 3 – Select the “parents/students/members” tab. From there, you will be asked for the school code which is bryanhsband, now click on the “Enter Charms” button.
Step 4 – You will need your student’s ID #. If you don’t have the ID #, you can find it at the top of your child’s report card or in the parent viewer gradebook. Enter your student’s ID # in the “Student Area Password” box.
From here you will be able to edit your child’s personal information, check balances, and/or send an email to a band director.
