TCGC Color Guard and Percussion Championships are coming up soon and we NEED your help to make these events successful!
This year, we welcome the participation of students and parents from all of our local high school band/guard programs: A&M Consolidated, Bryan, College Station and Rudder. We are also very EXCITED to introduce our NEW online Volunteer Registration process. It is our hope that signing up for time shifts and preferred jobs in one central location will prove to be simpler and more convenient for all of our Volunteers.
Registration is now available for BOTH events: Color Guard- April 7 and Percussion- April 14. Please consider signing up to work both weekends!
Registration can be found at:
Each campus log in is password protected. Our campus password is: BHS
You will provide:
Specific time shifts that you are available to work(more than one may be selected for each weekend event)
Your Personal contact information
Volunteer T-Shirt size
Job preferences (more than one may be selected)
A confirmation email will be sent to you with your specific time shift(s). You can click on the shift time to add it directly to your calendar.
Our Volunteer Coordinator team will meet over Spring Break to finalize the specific job assignments, and a second email will be sent to you by March 16, 2018 indicating your assignment(s) and the specific job description(s).
Mark your calendars for the MANDATORY Volunteer Orientation on Friday, April 6 at Reed Arena. Regardless of the weekend you choose to work, all volunteers must attend this Orientation session to receive important information and the Volunteer T-Shirt (which is your admission to the events).
Remember this is a HUGE fundraiser for our band/guard program. Every volunteer shift that is filled by someone from our school increases our share of the gift TCGC so generously provides for our service. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Mrs. Becky Kramr at firstname.lastname@example.org.
